2008 Listing Incentive Program Rules

Listing Incentive Program runs February 1, 2008 - May 31, 2008.

Listing Incentive Program

All individuals entering into a written single-family listing agreement with Advantage Realty, Inc. between February 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008 qualify for an opportunity for a one-week paid vacation at River Bank Lodge in Keystone, Colorado. The listing incentive package includes staying in a two-bedroom condominium at River Bank Lodge arriving on Saturday, August 2, 2008, and departing on August 9, 2008; the use of a rental car for one week leased from Thrifty with ($120 credit) a dinner reservation at the Ranch - one of Colorado's top restaurants ($150 credit); golf for two at one of Keystone's two world-class courses (credit for $250.00); and two round-trip airplane tickets (credit for $456).

The following rules will be applied:

1. Advantage Realty, Inc. will randomly select the winner of the listing incentive program through a blind drawing.
2. The lister selected must agree to authorize the use of their name and picture in Advantage Realty, Inc. marketing.
3. No employee or agent or a member of their family (spouse, children, parents, siblings) will be entered into the drawing.
4. The lister selected must decide by June 30, 2008, whether they elect to accept the listing incentive. If the lister selected does not elect to accept the free one-week vacation, they may select to receive a $1,000 cash listing incentive payment. If the lister selected elects the free one-week vacation, but cancels after June 30, 2008, they will receive no listing incentive payment from Advantage Realty, Inc.
5. The listing agreement must be executed on or after February 1, 2008 and continue in force through May 31, 2008 or the residence sold in order to be eligible for the listing incentive.
6. The lister selected who stays at River Bank Lodge may elect to take in cash any of the cash credits provided for vacation amenities.

Advantage Realty, Inc. reserves the right to interpret the rules in its sole discretion.
