Tracy Eslinger
Specialty: Residential
I am a lifelong resident of Morris and Grundy County as well as a graduate of Morris Community High School Class of 1987. I helped create and continue to operate Advantage Property Management, a full-time property management business, and I have just received the opportunity to become the managing Broker of Advantage Realty, Inc. in Coal City.
I look forward to the opportunity to advance not only our business in both Morris and Coal City, but to help teach our agents about the importance of providing the best business in Grundy County.
I feel that our boutique operation affords us the opportunity to expand our own ideals and knowledge regarding the real estate business instead of being dictated by a large franchise organization. It is this ideal that allows us to custom-tailor our clients' needs to that one particular transaction, instead of just "cookie-cutting" every situation to what is scripted in a service manual.
I have grown up, lived in and loved this community since birth, and I intend to help better Grundy County. The most important lesson I have learned since I began my real estate career in 1994 is that "You are not just buying a house, you are fulfilling a dream!" I'm not just working for the deal, but better yet, I am working for my clients. I want to help you get the best deal that will help fulfill YOUR dreams. I may not always tell you what you want to hear, but I will always tell you what you NEED to hear.
When you need a real estate professional that is available ALL the time, plesae remember to TALK TO TRACY by calling my cell phone at 815-791-4582.

Sue Johnson
Specialty: Residential, Commercial and Relocation
Sue, also known as Susie, was born and raised in Arkansas. She decided to come and visit a friend from college during one of the worst winters Joliet had seen in some time! As luck would have it, she hit one of the famous potholes we hear about and did some damage to her car. Her friend's fiance just happened to work for an automotive repair shop. The owner of the automotive repair shop, fixed her car, warmed her up with hot chocolate, and several dates later.....they were married. Together they owned and operated 2 more businesses and are the parents of one son.
A lot of Sue's family had to relocate quite often due to being in the military or working for the United States Postal Service. So, she got an early taste of what selling, buying and relocating was all about. Coming from a close, large southern family, if one needs help, they all help. Sue picked up that knack and then later a love for the Real Estate industry. The more she helped, the more she would learn. She knew her calling was Real Estate sales.
Sue is new to Advantage Realty, Inc., but not the industry. She became an agent 12+ years ago. As soon as her son started school, Sue started real estate classes. Her family had their businesses and home in the Joliet area. She started working there and made her way through Will-Grundy and surrounding counties, not to mention transferring family and clients from state to state.
Sue's southern personality and charm definitely contributes to her success. Her southern roots and values show! She treats each and every client like family. She's honest, true, hardworking and always available for her clients, whether it's to give some decorating advice or to help a friend of family member find a new place to call home.
Sue came to our area about 16 years ago to show clients properties in the area and fell in love with it! It reminded her of home. She started looking for land or a house that would fit her needs and finally she found it. Proud to say, she's been calling our area home for the past 11 years now!
