Laurie married life-long resident, Sheldon Sobol and together have 3 boys. Before moving back to Morris, she and her husband lived and worked in Chicago. She enjoyed a very successful career in sales and has learned the importance of knowing your product and your marketplace. Mary Michael Roth is new to Advantage Realty, Inc., but not to the Real Estate Industry.

She grew up on the North side of Chicago and received her Bachelor of Science degree at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. After finished college, she worked in management at the Hyatt Hotel Corporation and later became the onsite coordinator for the human resource department at Kraft General Foods.

After getting married to her husband John, who is a lifelong resident of Morris, she worked alongside him with his business at Roth Builder's, Inc. For the last 13 years, her role there has been helping buyers purchase and build their dream homes as well as buy and sell investment properties throughout the Grundy and LaSalle County area.

Carla has a diverse work background. She started out as a hairstylist in Joliet for ten years. She then worked at Wal-Mart Super Center in Morris for 5 years as a customer service manager. She was also the team leader for Relay of Life. Since 2003 she has been working as a teller supervisor at Standard Bank in Coal City. She organizes the yearly coat drive at Standard Bank with Assumption Catholic Church.

Carla married her high school sweetheart, Ken in 1979. They have 2 children – Alyssa and Jill. They have lived in Diamond for 9 years and enjoy the small town atmosphere.

Carla will bring her strong customer service skills to the table when helping you with your next sale or purchase and will get the job done much to your satisfaction.

Jane is excited to start her career as a salesperson for Advantage Realty, Inc.

A lot of Sue's family had to relocate quite often due to being in the military or working for the United States Postal Service. So, she got an early taste of what selling, buying and relocating was all about. Coming from a close, large southern family, if one needs help, they all help. Sue picked up that knack and then later a love for the Real Estate industry. The more she helped, the more she would learn. She knew her calling was Real Estate sales.

Sue is new to Advantage Realty, Inc., but not the industry. She became an agent 12+ years ago. As soon as her son started school, Sue started real estate classes. Her family had their businesses and home in the Joliet area. She started working there and made her way through Will-Grundy and surrounding counties, not to mention transferring family and clients from state to state.

Sue's southern personality and charm definitely contributes to her success. Her southern roots and values show! She treats each and every client like family. She's honest, true, hardworking and always available for her clients, whether it's to give some decorating advice or to help a friend of family member find a new place to call home.
