Advantage Realty, Inc. and each of its' agents operates under a business plan with specific goals.

Our Mission Statement:
"Establish Advantage Realty, Inc. as the preeminent Real Estate firm in Grundy County based on a partnership between a supportive broker and successful and happy sales associates who together provide the best available real estate services in the community. The plan is to operate with a small number of full time, highly qualified professional agents."



In December of 1998 Advantage Realty, Inc. moved to 900 West Route 6 - Morris' newest office complex. With the new office Advantage Realty, Inc. has introduced a top-notch computer and telephone network which includes Internet access, a comprehensive web site, scanned photos and graphic presentations, digital cameras, database management systems, voice mail and Internet capabilities which allows agents to access valuable information at the touch of a button. Now Advantage Realty's sales agents have the capability to access multiple listing information, the company's database, and the Internet from their home, their car, or the client's home as well as the office. A major change in Real Estate in which Advantage Realty, Inc. has been at the forefront in Grundy County is the use of buyer agents. The majority of our agents have completed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) course. Our goal is to be 100% certified in Buyer Agency. Advantage Realty, Inc. is a full service company with expertise in the sale of residential homes, single family lots. In recent years the company has become heavily involved in the farm, commercial, and industrial real estate market.

Joan Eslinger - Owner and Managing Partner.
The former Joan Broderick is a native of Morris. In her 22 years of selling real estate she has been frequently recognized by the Illinois Association of Realtors for outstanding sales production. Joan has recently received the CRB Designation, ABR Designation and the ABRM Designations.

John W. Hynds - Owner and consultant.
"Jack" is fifth generation resident of Morris and Grundy County and is the senior partner of Hynds, Rooks, Yohnka, Mattingly and Bzdill, a 2nd generation law firm in Morris and Grundy County. Graduate of University Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and his Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University.
